Most of our premium-quality fish and seafood items are certified by all leading conservation organizations dedicated to protecting the oceans and safeguarding seafood for the future. Our valued certifications include: The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), The Best Aquaculture Practice (BAP), and Friend of the Sea. These certifications show where our seafood comes from. If the seafood is wild, it is fished in a sustainable way. If the seafood is aqua farmed, it is grown in a sustainable manner.
Described as the highest quality beef in the world, Tajima Wagyu is prized for its tenderness, extremely high marbling, and flavor. Calves are fed a Japanese-designed ration for a minimum of 500 days, which produces beef with the most refined fat marbling. It melts into the meat, producing beef of the finest flavor. All Tajima cattle are hormone free, antibiotic free and produced under the Japanese Food Safety program, with full traceability.

The Carne Meats Raw range includes top graded fresh beef, plus fresh lamb, poultry, seafood, and pork, including gourmet Iberico pork. All cuts are prepared by skilled butchers into a variety of popular cuts, plus meatballs, patties, and ground meats.
